Overview
Everyone remembers their first step backwards.
The moment your feet reach the edge, when you look down, and the moment you decide to trust the rope and lean into open space.
First Rappel is designed for anyone who has ever wanted to experience canyoneering but wasn't quite ready to commit to a full canyon adventure. In this beginner-friendly experience, you'll learn the fundamentals of rappelling from professional guides before descending a sandstone cliff in one of Southern Utah's most beautiful desert landscapes. No prior experience is needed. We'll provide all technical equipment, instruction, and guidance throughout the experience. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, conquer a fear of heights, or simply try something new, our goal is to create an environment where you can move at your own pace and leave feeling more confident than when you arrived.
The desert has a way of reminding us that growth often begins where comfort ends. Sometimes all it takes is a single step backward to move forward.
