Desert Bound Adventures
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. At Desert Bound Adventures, we aim to keep our policies simple, fair, and respectful of both your time and ours.
Deposits & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations by Guests
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your tour will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your tour are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- Guests may reschedule their booking one time at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the tour may not be accommodated.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour, or arrive more than 30 minutes late, will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather & Guide Discretion
- If a tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or guide discretion, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Light rain, cloud cover, or temperature changes do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
Minimum Participants
- Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If we are unable to meet that minimum, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
Private Tours
- Private bookings follow the same cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
