We use Shopify to power parts of our website and booking system, but all experiences are provided directly by Desert Bound.

When you book with us, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your account and any activity under it

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if necessary.

SECTION 2 – EXPERIENCES & SERVICES

We do our best to accurately represent our experiences, but outdoor environments are dynamic.

Things may look different in real life than they do online. Conditions change. Lighting changes. Weather changes.

By booking with us, you understand that:

  • Experiences may vary slightly from descriptions or photos
  • Routes, locations, or timing may be adjusted for safety or logistics

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time.

SECTION 3 – BOOKINGS

When you place a booking, you’re making a request to join a trip. Your booking is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive confirmation.

Please double-check your booking details before submitting. We may not be able to accommodate changes after confirmation.

All bookings are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change at any time.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay all charges associated with your booking, including applicable taxes

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 5 – ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Outdoor experiences carry inherent risk.

By participating in any Desert Bound experience, you acknowledge that:

  • Activities like hiking, canyoneering, rappelling, and outdoor travel involve real and unpredictable hazards
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

You agree to follow all guide instructions and safety protocols.

A separate liability waiver may be required prior to participation.

SECTION 6 – WEATHER & CONDITIONS

We operate in real environments, not controlled ones.

Trips may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to:

  • Weather
  • Environmental hazards
  • Safety concerns

Guide discretion is final when it comes to safety decisions.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our site, including photos, videos, branding, and written material, belongs to Desert Bound (or our partners).

You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without permission.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Use them at your own discretion.

Our site is powered by Shopify, but all bookings and experiences are provided directly by Desert Bound.

Shopify is not responsible for any part of your experience with us.
